By accessing and using the services of Global Asia DMC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Global Asia DMC provides destination management, luxury travel planning, hotel reservations, tour arrangements, and visa assistance services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service and supplier. Cancellation terms will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.

5. Liability

Global Asia DMC acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Travel Documents

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. While we provide visa assistance, we cannot guarantee visa approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Global Asia DMC website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Global Asia DMC and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
